Pet Boarding
SonShine Kennels offers a comfortable, pet boarding solution for all cat and dog owners. Dogs are let outside to play and go to the bathroom four times a day with other compatible dogs. This outside time allows them to feel more comfortable inside and outside the kennel during their time in our facility.
Cats are kept in a separate area, which has ample room for them to romp and play as well.

What Are Your Pick-Up and Drop-Off Times?
There are specific times for drop-off and pick-up of pets at 9 a.m., 1 p.m., 5 p.m., and 8 p.m. Having set times makes it easier for customers to plan their travel plans, knowing someone will meet them on time. A contact number is always available.
What Should I Bring For My Pets' Stay?
Customers are asked to provide food and a small blanket for their own pets, which helps the animal settle in and feel at home with no stomach upsets.
What Vaccinations Should My Pet Have?
All animals coming into care must have all their shots up to date-including the kennel cough vaccine for dogs. This ensures the safety and health of the kennel and the animal. A copy of these records is required prior to drop-off.
Do I Need To Provide A Copy Of My Pet’s Vaccination Records?
Yes. SonShine Kennels must be provided a copy of records with proof of up-to-date vaccinations before drop-off. Pets will not be allowed at drop-off if we have not received their records.
Do You Accept All Breeds, Ages, And Sizes Of Dogs?
SonShine Kennels reserves the right to approve each booking to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all dogs in our care. If your dog hasn’t stayed with us before, please give us a call to discuss.
